Comments/concerns:

  • I am still a little confused by the IncentFit program/app itself and don’t feel like it’s tracking all of my exercise properly/was under the impression we were getting $50 a month no matter what. When I use the app, it looks like I am not making $50 per month… ??? Still curious about how reimbursement works.
  • In current times with high restrictions on what we can do safely its hard to find things to look forward to. I would appreciate fun surprises from time to time or knowing that I can expect a party or some kind of big event maybe when Covid clears up.
  • I am not completely clear on what Gameday is. For the purposes of this survey do the SLA’s annual Christmas party and our annual company picnic fall under this category? I would treat full day company events and partial company events as different things. I value a full day of interacting with my coworkers outside of the office much, much more highly than an I value spending an hour playing trivia with them.
  • I used to receive breakfast/snack packages for the kids. This was a HUGE value to me it was so helpful to be able to quickly give them breakfast or snacks quickly in the morning and afternoons while they are in school. I was able feed them in a few minutes and get back to work. Also helps with my grocery bill as anything packaged individually is quick and easy but more expensive to purchase on my own.
  • Not everyone receives their gift boxes or care packages from the SLA. It seems like some people are forgotten when care packages or gift boxes are sent. For example, I never received the movie care package back in fall, but I heard multiple SLA employees received theirs. I’m not sure if this is an oversight or on purpose, but the SLA should make a company-wide announcement each time a care package is sent out to be fair to everyone else.
  • a free day at least once a month would be nice.
  • Valued when there were team lunch outings to connect on a more relaxed, personal basis. With our remote situation, it would be nice if teams can still get a monthly food/outing budget. With that, the team leads can create tailored bonding experiences, like sending a snack or interesting book/gadget through amazon prime and have everyone talk about it in their next team meeting. In connection with that, it might be more worthwhile to offer amazon prime memberships in place or in addition to Costco. Amazon prime offers lots of free digital books, music, and movies which can enhance learning and create new conversations as every team member can have access to it.
